Glade Own the Air
Design System

Glade wanted to modernize their brand and Ogilvy had the task to develop a campaign that tells a consciously crafted fragrance story for their products. ‘Own the Air’ became the brand tone and voice to instruct people on how they can own the air unapologetically with the power of fragrance.

A dynamic design system was developed to show the scents in an immersive, sensorial and ownable way through photographic textures and color. This graphic language conveys the blending of fragrance cues with an elegant solution. I was paired up with the talented Rudy Rios, to bring his creative direction to life and expanded this empowering design process across the fragrance expressions, creating scalable templates and expressive print layouts.

Through the use of immersive, photographic textures and color, we built a graphic language that showcases the complex blending of our cues in an elegantly simple expression.

A suite of dynamic fragrance mnemonic tags were created to cue the brand's consciously crafted fragrances in a bold way.
