Mrs. Meyer’s
The Compassion Store
Mural and Experiential Design
The Mrs. Meyer's Compassion Store offers a unique pop-up experience: instead of cash, shoppers use "acts of compassion" as currency to receive free garden-themed items and products. As part of the "Lots of Compassion" program, it fosters community kindness and supports the transformation of vacant lots into gardens. Its third year saw it featured in Chicago, where Ogilvy and I were responsible for designing printed assets, a tote bag, and painting the store mural, incorporating Mrs. Meyer’s iconic floral line illustrations to reinforce the curated theme.

“I love that this isn’t just a pop-up, but an actual program that’s ongoing. It all connects together really nicely. The Compassion Store lives up to its name!”

“Highlighting compassion in this way feels especially relevant right now. This is a refreshing experience, and we definitely need more of it.”
— Dorothy Dziubasik, NBC Chicago
