Cook County Health along with Lifestyle Centers and a few top chefs in Chicago have created a cookbook filled with simple, healthy recipes made from accessible ingredients. Feed The Gap was designed to help close that gap in knowledge and build a healthier future for people living with diabetes and heart disease.
